If you subscribe to use our Services, your Personally Identifiable Information will be shared with counterparties to the albums that you electronically pick using our Services. Upon execution of a album, all parties to an album ("Picking Parties") receive a copy of the picked album and certain metadata. The album and related metadata may contain the following information about the Picking Parties: names; email addresses; IP addresses; system preferences, local storage preferences, screen resolutions, local time zones, font listings, and user agent information (such information, "Checksum Metadata"), as well as any Personally Identifiable Information included in the album.
If you use the Services, we have no control over the data collection, storage, or transmission practices of the other Picking Parties to your albums. If your albums or Checksum Metadata contain Personally Identifiable Information or other information that you would not want be disclosed, you should ensure that the other Picking Parties who are counterparties to your albums have adopted reasonable administrative, physical, technical, and organizational safeguards.
We analyze our website logs to continually re-evaluate our Site's content to improve our Site and Services. These logs do not allow the identification of any Personally Identifiable Information. Our Site also records IP addresses of visitors. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to identify Picking Parties, analyze trends, track user movement, and gather broad statistics. The IP addresses of Picking Parties are disclosed on the audit medatada of albums.

We track, transmit, and retain information about when Picking Parties have created, viewed, and picked albums. Parties who use the Service will receive notifications when other parties have created, viewed, and picked albums. Your name and email address will be disclosed to Picking Parties who are counterparties to your albums. If you send us emails, you should be aware that information disclosed in emails may not be secure or encrypted and may be available to others. We suggest that you exercise caution when deciding to disclose any Personally Identifiable Information or confidential information in emails. We will use your email address to respond directly to your questions or comments.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of your Personally Identifiable Information, we have put in place commercially reasonable physical, technical and administrative controls to protect your Personally Identifiable Information. We use standard security protocols and mechanisms to exchange the transmission of sensitive data. When you enter sensitive Personal Information such as your credit card number on our site, we encrypt it using secure socket layer technology.
