Is Photo-Pick a secure service?

Yes. User data and album content are protected. You can stop sharing an album at any time and delete or change your personal data. Photo-Pick uses secure encrypted connections to protect data transfer.

Are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. Photo-Pick does not store your card details on its own servers.

Will my subscription be renewed automatically?

Yes, your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime on the Subscriptions page in your account. You can cancel immediately or keep using it until the end of the paid period.

Can I buy subscriptions for others?

Yes. You can buy multiple subscriptions and assign them to another person by email address.

Will my albums be saved forever?

PLUS and PRO albums are kept. FREE albums are also kept while the account is active. If a FREE account appears abandoned, Photo-Pick sends a warning email before unused albums may be removed.

Can I upgrade my account from PLUS to PRO?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. Add the new subscription and cancel the previous one when needed.
