1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Photo-Pick platform and its features.
• "User" / "Customer" refers to the person or entity using the Service.
• "Supplier" refers to the owner and operator of Photo-Pick.

2. Scope of Service

The Supplier agrees to provide Users with access to the Photo-Pick platform, including the ability to create, share, and manage photo albums.

3. Account Registration and Access

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are displayed clearly at checkout.
• Payments can be made using credit/debit cards or other accepted payment methods.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
• No refunds are issued after this period.

6. Free Accounts and Data Retention

• Users can delete the account and all data associated with it in the account settings.
• Free accounts that remain inactive for 6 months may be deleted.
• Users will be notified via email before any data is removed.

7. Content Ownership and Rights

• Users retain ownership of all photos uploaded.
• By uploading content, users grant the Supplier a license to display and process the content as necessary for service delivery.

8. User Responsibilities

• Not use the Service for illegal or abusive purposes.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
• Ensure that shared content complies with applicable laws.

9. Supplier Obligations

• Provide the Service with reasonable skill and care.
• Protect user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Supplier is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the past 12 months.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.

12. Modifications

• The Supplier may update these Terms occasionally.
• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Supplier operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
